South County Regional Center
The South County Regional Center is a pleasant location for
weddings, fundraisers, seminars, meetings, dinners and more. It can
accommodate up to 300 people for dining and 375 theater-style for
seminars.
The building can be rented for a flat fee on weekends and hourly
during the week. Rentals include the use of round
or rectangular 8-foot banquet tables and chairs.
A private conference room is also available for rent with weekday and
weekend rates. It includes a conference table and chairs to seat 13, a
computer work station with wireless internet access, and a kitchenette with
a microwave, refrigerator and toaster oven. The room has a private entrance
at the side of the building.
The center has complete wireless internet access,
a full kitchen with a coffee maker, large commercial refrigerator,
freezer, convection oven, and a griddle with a built-in heater table. There
are two large metal window sliders that can be raised providing pass-through
access to outside and the dining area. There is a sunny patio off the main
hall and a large barbecue in a parking area at the rear of the building.
Renters need to bring their own cooking pans, dishes and linens.
The building includes a foyer with coat closet and bar area, a full
stage with sound system and acoustic tiling for added sound quality. There
is direct and indirect lighting.
